RED MIZUNA SPROUTS: THE USES IN THE KITCHEN
With their aromatic and spicy taste, red mizuna sprouts are excellent for accompanying fresh salads to be consumed especially during the summer period, they can also be added to the preparation of various dishes, such as boiled potatoes or as a bed of vegetables on which to rest a veal stew or other types of meat. Also ideal to be eaten fried in the form of croquettes or omelettes.
Thanks to its intense and bitter flavour, it pairs perfectly with various meat and fish-based dishes, especially in the latter case with scampi and salmon. It can also accompany dishes with eggs and fresh, creamy cheeses.
La germinazione è alta; l'ho confrontata con i semi che acquistavo finora da un produttore inglese, e questi tengono assolutamente il paragone. Quindi ottimi anche perché vorrei comperare in Italia per mille motivi. Bravi!
tutto ok, 5 stelle e grazie.
