The refund is received within 10 working days of receipt of the returned package.

The methods of reimbursement are as follows:

If the order has been settled with your credit card, a cancellation will be provided to your credit card.

If the order has been paid on delivery, we will refund you by bank transfer (which will be requested from our customer service).
