Black sesame sprouts have a delicate and delicious flavour. Despite its small and tiny size, it contains a good amount of nutrients.
Sesame is quite easy to grow as a sprout, and will be ready in about a week.
You can leave the seed to soak for about 2-4 hours to speed up germination.
However, it can also be sown without a soaking phase.
Some people like to germinate sesame in a jar (1-3 days) and then transfer it to the soil.
