The ideal temperature for Basil genovese ranges from 20 to 25 degrees and requires regular and fairly abundant watering. The soil must be soft and tender, with a neutral PH and a good drainage. It is one of the most used aromatic plants in the Italian kitchen due to its intense scent. Basil genovese has many beneficial properties: it is an excellent anti-inflammatory, cough sedative, digestive and it reduces stress.
