      NETTLE IN THE KITCHEN

      After being blanched, nettle microgreens are excellent for use in many dishes. They are used very frequently for the filling of tortelloni together with ricotta; they will add a delicate and unusual taste.
      Also excellent for seasoning pasta, or mixing them with potatoes to obtain delicious meatballs and savory pies.

      SUGGESTIONS

      Before using nettle microgreens in dishes, we recommend rinsing and blanching them.
