INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
(the jars should always be kept in an area not in the light or with little light for the duration of the process, up to point 5)
1) Insert a spoonful of seeds into the jar;
2) Add fresh water and let it soak for the hours indicated in the product sheet on our site;
3) After the hours of soaking, rinse a couple of times under running water and then empty all the water from the jar;
4) Place the jar as shown in the image;
5) Rinse the seeds 2 or 3 times a day, always removing the water. Keep the sprout in a room at about 20 °
6) When the sprouts are ready, leave them in the light (not direct) for 3/4 hours, so that they take on color. Then, directly, rinse them before eating them or keep them in the refrigerator.
