Urtica dioica
Nettle microgreen is a significant source of vitamins C, D and A. Rich in minerals including calcium, silicon, potassium, chromium, phosphorus, magnesium and zinc. It contains antioxidants such as quercetin, which helps the body absorb zinc and other minerals. Nettles are even more nutritious than spinach.
