Glycine Max
Glycine max or yellow soy is a herbaceous plant native to the Far East (Japan, China, Indonesia) where it is still used as a basis for traditional nutrition. In recent years it has been introduced in Europe and America in the form of countless preparations. Yellow Soy is almost completely free of carbohydrates while it is rich in minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and iron. There are also vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and vitamin C.
