Brassica rapa chinensis
Pak Choi, according to recent studies, has unique characteristics in phytonutrient terms. In particolar, between 17 differents vegetables cruciferous, it’s the only vegetable that contains high quantites of phenols “principle 1” and “principle 2” (among wich flavonoids, malic acid and hydroxycinnamic).
