      Purchases made on the site are governed by the Italian law on mail order sales.

      We will accept your returns provided that they are in like new condition.

      The right of withdrawal does not apply by law to orders for which an invoice with VAT number has been requested.

      If you have your order wrong or have received an item that you did not want, you have 10 working days from the delivery date to exercise the right of withdrawal, or the ability to return the product and be reimbursed for the cost (excluding delivery).

      How to request a return?
      To start the procedure for returning the ordered goods, contact us sending an email to

      During the procedure, we advise you to always keep the number of your order on hand, to make the procedure quicker and leaner.

      To exercise the right of withdrawal, send the package back within 10 days of receipt of the goods. We will accept without hesitation the return of any item, provided it is in good condition, refunding the full amount or, in any case, the amount of the returned part.

      Include in the shipping package for the return, the shipment of which will be at your expense as required by law and that a copy of the delivery note must be correctly packaged and sent to:

      How to prepare the return package?
      You can use the same box with which you received the goods or a box more suited to the size of the volume (s) to be returned.

      In order not to risk ruining the product during transport, take care to insert newspaper or other paper into the package.

      Include in the package a copy of the delivery document you received with your order.

      Seal the box in order to deliver a package suitable for transport to the courier.

      Please note that items delivered to an address other than the one listed above will not be taken into consideration.

      How does the refund work?
      The reimbursement is made within 10 working days from receipt of the returned package.

      The repayment terms are the following:

      If the order has been paid by credit card, a transfer will be made to your credit card. If the order has been paid by cash on delivery, we will refund by bank transfer (the IBAN will be requested by our customer service). Or you can request a refund in the form of Credit / Value Coupon to be used for other purchases on

      What happens if you receive damaged or damaged products?
      If you receive damaged goods, notify us within 5 working days by email ( quoting “damaged items” in the subject of the e-mail (or call +39 0547 030094).
